Our main check-out option is in store pick up.  Customer can give us a call at 501-663-7300 for order confirmation and verifying the product is in stock at the time of purchase.  Products purchase on our website can be picked up in store at the customers earliest convenience. 

No bike can be returned or refunded after it has left the store.  All other products can be returned, exchanged for something else, or a refund if it's new in the original packaging unused. Customer has 30 days from date of purchase to return the product for an exchange, or a refund.

Items purchased on a discount or on Sale cannot be returned or refunded.
